All orders will receive an email once the order had been processed and shipped. Please note some items are made to order or need a little extra processing time do to printing or making the item. Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Please note during peak holidays processing can take a little longer than usual.
Tracking can be tracked via USPS
as it is the most reliable and up to date all-in-one package tracking tool.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Please note, REFUNDS will NOT be given for shipping delays leading to ship estimates being inaccurate. Delays can occur and sometimes are out of our control. This is a rare occurrence but can be more common during the holidays.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're FAST!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
